January 18, 2022: Liz Good

Liz Good is the current Executive Assistant for Juniper Village in Bucks County. Ms. Good is a Penn State Alumni graduating in 2019 with a bachelor’s in science in Health Policy and Administration with a minor in Gerontology and Human Development and Family Studies. She had her internship at Foxdale Village in State College, Pennsylvania, which is also where she completed her 1000 hour requirement for her Nursing Home Administration License. Unfortunately

due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she has not been able to obtain her license yet. Ms. Good started out being Hospitality Concierge at Juniper Village in Brookline. In June of 2020, she was then promoted into her currently role as Executive Assistant in Bucks County. Liz talked with us briefly about her time during the COVID-19 pandemic. She did a lot of contact tracing and data collection for her residents. She wanted to make sure they were also all comfortable and safe during the lock down as they were unable to see their families. She also indicated that there were many deaths in the older population but keeping resident’s active was very beneficial in their health. Ms. Good has been very successful In her career so far and shared with us some of these accomplishments. She helped in assisting the Skilled Nursing Home pharmacy HER integration, the personal care lab HER integration, which has saved them a lot of money and time, budget cutting, booster shots for the staff and patients, care transitions, and their platform/ app called Cubigo. Cubigo is a hub of information stretching from birthdays, events, food menu, and general announcements. Thank you so much, Liz, for talking with us again this year.
