Upcoming PSIA Conference

Members of the ACHCA just registered for the 2017 PSIA Annual Meeting on April 2-3, at the Wyndham in Gettysburg. Our students received free registration from the HPA department to attend this event!

Students are excited to see the keynote speaker, David Rutherford, a top Navy SEAL motivational speaker, author, and coach. Other interesting topics for this weekend will include medical fraud waste & abuse, pharmacogenetic considerations for optimizing medication therapy in worker's compensation, and the stages of change: helping injured workers get "unstuck."

This is an awesome conference for students to attend so that they can learn about relevant legislation being considered in their career field. It also serves as a networking opportunity for those seeking jobs in healthcare.
